Where do I find my Product Code
- Your Product Code is on the back of the CD sleeve
Where do I get my Activation Key
- MT1 will ask you to activate it. When you are asked to activate,
you will be asked for your product code, and then you will be
sent to the activation web page where you will get the activation
key.
Why do I have to activate MT1
- As MT1 is designed to work out of the box, we need to check
that it is a valid version.
I tried to activate MT1 but I don't have internet
access
- You will have to create an invalid license file, and email
that to Support@MagneticTime.com. We will then send you a valid
license file. To create an invalid license file, enter the key
'ABCD' as your activation key when you are asked to activate MT1.
This will create an invalid license file located at "C:\Program
Files\Common Files\MagneticTime\License.xml". Email this
file to us at Support@MagneticTime.com, and we email you back
a valid one back to you. Then over write the old one with this.
I can not find the export to iTunes button in
MT1
- Please make sure that iTunes is installed.

- Please make sure that you have Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft
Outlook Express install. If you have both install please make
sure that you have the correct one selected in the Application
settings of MT1.
