MagneticTime's aim is to provide software applications and utilities to make the attainment of information & knowledge less effort. It does this by using new and novel technologies such as our patent pending 'information to speech' algorithms, and our 'knowledge summarisation' processors & engines. We also seek to make use of readily available technologies and under utilized PC processing power. By making our PC's work harder and longer, the attainment of knowledge is made easier and less effort while at the same time providing us with better payback from our computer & software investments.

Background

Richard O'Donnell (founder & CEO) emerged form the dotcom boom of 2000 having sold his companies SAI & Redeo to Clarus Corporation, Atlanta (NASDAQ: clrs). SAI's Accounting and Electronic Banking products are still used today in major corporations such as Yamaha, Ciba, Diageo, Bridgestone & Northern Telecom. From his native Ireland, Richard plotted a return to the software business and founded MagneticTime in 2005.
