What attracted you to MT1 and the Demo?
"I had to learn a lot of definitions, and generally found that the spoken word was easier to learn from."

The reason I'm interested in your software is because I have cerebral palsy and it is much easier for me to read books if I can download them to it I applied in using MP3 software to read the text for me. The reason I purchased your software is because of going back to school and getting my master's degree. Your software would be a great deal of help since I can buy my materials on ebooks or other documents and listen to them on the iPod.

I have been telling my friends and associates about MT1. The vocal inflection within Platinum Voice is far superior to MS's voice or the voice within Dragon Naturally Speaking. MT1's ease of use is also superior. Having the button on a menu bar in Word is amazing. Creating a playlist of chapters would be a very useful addition, which I'm delighted to hear you intend on including in a future version of MT1.

I have found your software very useful. I cut and paste a variety of written documents from online news sources etc. into MS Word and then have your software do the rest so that I can upload it to my IPOD

Magnetic Time's computer voice is not only pleasant, it's downright sexy. After listening to a sample, I immediately knew I had to have it, if it wouldn't bankrupt me. When I discovered the price, I couldn't pull out my wallet fast enough. The price is right, the voice is easy on the ears, and the mp3 feature is so simple and easy to figure out that I had no trouble getting it up and running in my hotel room. Installation was smooth, and the interface is simple and straightforward. It simply does what it is supposed to do, and does it well. I really do enjoy the simplicity. I have taken to importing Word documents more than anything else, so that I can get other things done while hearing what I've been writing. It helps a lot to get that sort of feedback.

You are right when you say I loved the voice. I read a book called "Round Ireland with a Fridge" with the Magnetic Time voice and it was really lovely.
I would love to be able to work a little more closely with your tech team to make this product work a bit easier for blind people.

I think it's very easy to use. I'm not as proficient on Windows as I am on a Mac (so I am looking forward to the Mac version), but I was able to locate the file without much trouble. It's amazing how fast MT1 converts the text to a sound file.

I took one of my poems and audioized it. MT1 helped me smooth out the punctuation to have the pauses in the right places so that it would read closer to what I was hearing in my head. Sometimes when writing poetry - the way it looks on the page is different than how it sounds when read out loud. The problem is most amateur poets or storywriters don't read it out loud. MT1 is a great tool to double check how it would sound when spoken objectively by a software application.

I am impressed with the quality of the transcription. I really put Ms Premium (I call her "Atom Girl") through her paces. She handled the vocabulary quite well.
