This innovative product is currently in development for release end Q2 ’06 MT-Podcast will remove the Human Voice from the Podcast sequence.

A typical Podcast can require

• People (actors or voice over specialists) to read a script and to record clips.
• Specialized recording equipment or studios
• Editing work to create the finished product

And when the podcast is a regular event (such as news) This can become an expensive process.

What does MT-Podcast do?

MT-Podcast will take any original script or text and using our voice technology produce the podcast without the need for a human voice, recording equipment or long hours spent editing. A standard PC is all it will require.

Version one of this brand new product, will build on our patented text to speech technology to enable the publication and management of podcasts.

Benefits

• It will be possible to have an existing Microsoft Word or plain text document audioized and then published as a podcast.

• The content of the index file associated with a podcast will be managed via easy to use screens so no technical knowledge of how a podcast works is required.

This is some very interesting and exciting news for those who produce Podcasts. The main problem with Interview Podcasting is the time it takes to set-up the Microphone and editing software to make sure the voice comes across cleanly and without interference. With the news that Magnetic Time (MT) are releasing a piece of software in
Q2 which allows you to record Podcasts without voice recording, this will be a highly desirable product indeed.

The technology works by users writing their script in a word document and the software will then translate the script into natural sounding male/female voices straight
to MP3 format. Once recorded you can post the pod casts on the Internet and play them using your MP3 player
(ipod etc), PDAs, mobile phones/cellphones, and PCs. 
The software also speaks multiple languages and reads names, numbers and currencies.
