Richard O'Donnell - Chairman & Founder
Richards knowledge of the international software business
has spanned more than 25 years.
The earlier part of his career was spent consulting in the
City of London, within the Banking & Finance sector. Some
clients included Chase Manhattan, Lloyds Bank, & Kleinwort
Benson.
Having returned to Ireland in 1991, he worked for a short
time with KPMG, before co-founding Software Architects International
& Redeo.com. SAI's global Financial & Electronic Banking
products are still used today by numerous corporations such
as Yamaha, Ciba, Diageo, Bridgestone and Northern Telecom.
In May 2000, at the peak of the .com era, he successfully
sold SAI/Redeo to Clarus Corporation - Atlanta (NASDAQ clrs).
Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University College
Galway.

Eileen O'Gorman - Finance Manager
Eileen heads up our Finance department. Her career spanning 16 years has been spent primarily in the accounting sector.
Having gained her formal training with Ernst & Young, she later transitioned to industry, where she gained extensive experience in Manufacturing, Service Finance & the Software Industries.

David Brennan - Software Engineer
David Brennan is a software engineer working with the R&D
team in MagneticTime. David is working on the development
of MagneticTime Assist. He is also working with support, to
make sure all issues are resolved quickly.
Prior to this David worked for Artwork-Systems. Artwork-Systems
provide pre-press solution for all the major commercial printing
companies worldwide. This was developed on the Apple Mac platform.
Before this David worked for Amdocs who are a world leader
in providing billing solutions for teleco companies.
David holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Applied
Mathematics and Computers from the University of Limerick.

Kevin Murphy - Software Engineer
Kevin Murphy works as a software engineer within the Research
and Development team of MagneticTime. Kevin's work involves
the development of the MagneticTime product suite as well
as providing support to customers.
Kevin's background in software engineering includes work
in industries such as document management, pre-press and telecommunications.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Software
Development and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer
Science from Limerick Institute of Technology.

Roger G. H. Downer - Consultant Advisor (Education)
(President Emeritus, University of Limerick)
Roger Downer is a native of Belfast and holds the degrees
of B.Sc. M.Sc. and D.Sc. (Queens University, Belfast) and
Ph. D. (University of Western Ontario). He has been awarded
the honorary degrees of LL.D. and D.Sc. and a number of national
and international honors, including election as a Fellow of
the Royal Society of Canada and membership in the Royal Irish
Academy, for his contributions to science and higher education.
He is editor or co-editor of four books and author or co-author
of over 160 research papers and has held retained consultancies
with a number of multinational corporations. He was Chair
of grant selection committees for the Natural Sciences and
Engineering Council of Canada and was a member of the grant
selection committee of the National Science Foundation, USA.
His academic appointments include Vice-President, University
of Waterloo, Canada, President, Asian Institute of Technology,
Bangkok, and President, University of Limerick. He has held
senior offices in a number of professional organizations including,
President Canadian Society of Zoologists, Vice-Chairman,,
Biological Council of Canada, Chairman, Council of Heads of
Irish Universities and Chairman of the Council of Rectors
of Ireland. Professor Downer currently serves as an External
Director of the Westaim Corporation, Nucryst Pharmaceuticals
Corporation, Shannon Free Airport Development Company Ltd.,
Irish Peace Institute, and as Chair of the Munster Rugby Board,
Co-President , UL Bohemians RFC, Vice-Chair of the Hunt Museum
and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Irish Red
Cross.
